Crew arrived on time and proceeded to flush the 2 tanks in the attic. They did not mind having to come back an hour later to reset a pressure relief valve that would not close from not being activated for 16 years. "{"text":"I needed to have a cracked toilet tank replaced. On Friday, Roger arrived during the time period arranged for the initial appointment. The company that manufactured my toilet no longer made that particular model of toilet tank, so Roger (the plumber) ordered a tank that would fit that was made by the same company. \n\nHe called on Monday morning (as planned) to confirm the install for 2-4 PM, and he arrived at about 2:30 PM. Roger was friendly and prompt and he replaced the tank for the price originally estimated ($199). He cleaned up and took the old tank with him. \n\nRoger (by phone) and the company (via email) kept me informed as to the status throughout the process and did the work quickly and correctly.\n\nThese guys rock. Sean (the service manager) even gave me a senior discount after the work had already been completed and paid. Very honest and caring!","language":"en"}"

"{"text":"We originally used Economy to rebuild a toilet in an apartment we own. We never met Sean. He showed up when he said he would, the tenant said the job was completed quickly, he billed us in the amount promised. That should have been good enough for me to post then. I did not. Recently, we had a problem in another apartment. A problem that you know is just going to be a simple solution; a noise that only occurred from time to time. I sent Sean an email with a video of the noise. He responded: \"Its either \"a\" or \"b.\" Okay, I'm pretty sure its not \"b,\" it could be \"a.\" He said let me come take a look at it. Made the appointment online and he showed up on time. \"It's \"a\" he said.\" Alright I said. What do we do? He said there wasn't anything he could do, it was probably in an AC line and would work itself out. We talked for a bit and he said the best two words a homeowner could hear: \"No Charge.\" We are doing a bit of remodel on another house and he will be the first person I call. "{"text":"I am very happy with Economy Plumbing. We were having a problem with one of our toilets and Sean came out to take a look. He was at the house within the two-hour time window they allow for themselves, listened to my explanation, and tested all of the toilets to see if he could find the problem. In the end, Sean attributed the problem to a design issue with this toilet and suggested an easy fix. Best of all, he didn't charge us for the visit! We'll definitely be calling Economy for any future plumbing problems.\n\nUpdate for October 2015--we had our kitchen sink and faucet replaced by Roger and we're very happy with Economy's services. The valves under the sink also had to be replaced and we needed our tankless water heating system to be flushed. The scheduling for the work was easy and Roger came out to see us quickly. We learned that the hole for the new sink was not big enough, but he agreed to come out next day after my husband widened the hole--and that next day was a Saturday.","language":"en"}"
