Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Economy Plumbing Services website and services. People who do not agree to the terms should not use the website or the company's plumbing services.
Plumbing services and appointment scheduling
Economy Plumbing Services provides residential and commercial plumbing work such as emergency repairs, water heaters, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, leak repair, gas lines, sewer work, repiping, and fixtures. Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or through the customer portal, but a preferred time is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and access to the property
Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may carry a fee. The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area; additional trip charges may apply when the team cannot reach the work area.
Estimates, final pricing, and payment
Estimates are approximations based on the information available before work begins. Actual conditions, materials, and required work can change the final amount, and significant scope changes should be communicated before proceeding. Payment is due after service unless another arrangement exists, and emergency or after-hours work may carry additional charges.
Workmanship, parts, and warranty limits
Labor is warranted against workmanship defects for the period stated in the service agreement or invoice, while parts follow manufacturer warranty terms. Coverage does not include misuse, neglect, normal wear, improper maintenance, work by others, or events beyond the company's control.
Membership and referral program terms
Membership benefits, fees, and availability may change with notice, and membership fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Referral credits are issued after qualifying referred work is completed, expire after one year, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and remain subject to program changes.
Website content, privacy, and SMS messaging
Website content and branding belong to Economy Plumbing Services or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. The privacy policy also applies. Recurring promotional texts may be sent to people who opt in, with varying frequency up to four messages monthly; message and data rates may apply, consent is not required to purchase, STOP opts out, and HELP requests assistance.
