The problem

The gas company shut off this Manor home's gas service for safety — red tag on the meter, no gas to the house. No gas means no hot water, no stove, no heat. And the service couldn't come back on until the system passed a pressure test proving it was leak-free.

What we found

A shutoff like this isn't a repair you can shortcut. The gas company's requirement was clear: the whole system had to be tested and hold pressure before the meter could be reconnected.

What we did

We pressure-tested the gas system at approximately 15 psi for approximately 35 minutes. The system held pressure the entire test — no leaks detected. With the test passed, we reconnected the meter, as shown in the after photo.

The result

The home's gas system was proven tight and the meter reconnected — service restored the right way, with a documented pressure test behind it instead of a guess.
