New homes, moving clay, and gas work. Here's the pattern.
Builder-grade parts failing early
Many Manor homes are only a few years old, and the fixtures, fill valves, and supply lines that came with them don't always last. Running toilets, dripping faucets, and leaking connections are common calls. We replace them with parts built to last.
Clay soil that moves
Manor sits on heavy clay that swells when wet and shrinks in a drought. That movement stresses slabs, water lines, and sewer lines. Hot spots on floors, a jump in the water bill, or a sewer smell are worth a call. We find slab and line leaks and repair them with as little disruption as we can.
Gas lines and gas appliances
Gas water heaters, ranges, and outdoor kitchens all need correctly sized, permitted gas lines. We restore gas service, run new lines, and handle leak checks, with the permit and inspection done right.
Hard water on water heaters
Central Texas water is hard, and Manor is no exception. Scale shortens the life of tank and tankless heaters. We install, repair, and maintain water heaters with that in mind.
